Our studio offers multiple different styles of dance and for multiple ages. Some of the styles we offer are, Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Musical Theater.

Cassabella Kool
Owner/Director
Cassabella (Cassie) started dancing at the age of three and quickly fell in love with the art. She started off with just recreational class, then became a company dancer at The Dance Center. She has won multiple overall awards as well as Scholarships at dance competitions and conventions. Cassie was also apart of DCYE and was in multiple ballet productions with many lead/Principle roles. She has completed all five levels in student honors at CNADM, she has also attended the teacher training school there too. Cassie became a member at CNADM in the fall of 2021. Cassie started assisting in classes when she was 12, that's when she new she wanted to teach dance for the rest of her life. She started teaching at The Dance Center at the age of 16, teaching all different styles of dance and was also the team coach for the junior company. Unfortunately The Dance Center closed in May of 2021. In the fall of 2021 Cassie decided to open up a studio to give more kids the opportunity to dance and fall in love with the art just like she did. Since opening Innovative dance company, Cassie's students have received many overall awards, along with special judges awards. She has also received many choreography awards at competitions. Cassie is also an assistant guide in the toddler classroom at Northern Blooms Montessori.
Jenna Baker
Jenna recently graduated from Alma College with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, Psychology, and Communication. During her time at Alma College, she competed on the Alma Dance Team, where she was able to serve the team as both Dance Captain. As a team, they secured 6 National Titles during her 4 years in the program. Jenna was also a member of the Alma College Dance Company, where she directed and produced the student choreography concert her senior year. Jenna grew up at Kathy's School of Dance in Durand MI, where she began teaching at age 14. Jenna has been a dancer for almost 20 years now and has began a career at the Traverse Bay Children's Advocacy Center as an Intervention Specialist.
